As GLO’s newest Executive Director, DeLisa has the task of guiding the organization towards sustainability, longevity and prosperity for the sole benefit of the children, families and staff in which we serve. She began her journey at GLO in 2011, supporting the organization in human resources and later adding on the responsibility of finance. With her MBA from Mills College and undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley, DeLisa is well equipped for non-profit management. With all that she does at GLO, DeLisa is dedicated to her family. Alongside her husband, she loves playing with her two children and helping them to develop their own interests. Human Resources Administrator: Tiffany Leonard | 415.753.1113 x 202
As the GLO Human Resources Administrator, Tiffany takes pride in working with our staff and ensuring their matters are taken care of. Tiffany was a Human Resources Coordinator previous to joining GLO and holds a BA in Business Administration. Outside of GLO Tiffany loves to bake and is the owner of a baking company she has had for nine years. She also attends football and basketball games and enjoys doing arts and crafts with her family.
Program Manager: Kevin Lacy | 415.753.1113 x 204
Kevin provides direct support to the program team, more specifically to the Site Coordinators of Cleveland Elementary, West Portal Elementary and Chinese Immersion School at De Avila. Before working at GLO Kevin was a Site Coordinator for an after school program in the Mission for 8 years. Kevin has held just about every position in after school care including volunteer work, being a teacher’s aide and a teacher. In his spare time Kevin enjoys basketball and going for long walks and runs in the city. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University.

Cepideh is the newest member to the administrative team but is a seasoned GLO veteran with 6 years of program experience under her belt. She started her career at GLO in 2011 as a Teacher’s Aide and moved up to a Teacher, then an Administrative Teacher to Site Coordinator. In 2016 Cepideh was promoted to a Senior Site Coordinator and just this past March to Program Manager. She also enjoys cooking, exploring the city and spending time with her friends and family.
Program Manager: Sinoi Mataalii | 415-753-1113 x 211
As a Program Manager, Sinoi focuses on supporting GLO with fiscal management, staff development and overall program alignment. Sinoi has volunteered teaching Polynesian dance at her former afterschool program (LA’s BEST) at her elementary school while she was in middle and high school. While studying to earn her BA she was an afterschool teacher and has worked with students in kinder through 3rd. Sinoi has been a Site Coordinator for after school programs both in Los Angeles and San Francisco including GLO at Dianne Feinstein. She received her bachelor’s in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in elementary school teaching from Mount St. Mary’s University in Southern California and hopes to pursue her masters in business sometime in the future. In her spare time she likes to try new foods, explore the city and FaceTime with friends and family in Los Angeles.
Accounts Receivable Manager: Sherene Hung | 415.753.1113 x 201
Sherene spends her time at GLO managing our billing system, family accounts, fee-subsidy allocation, and ensuring all of our GLO students are on track to participate in our wonderful program. Prior to joining GLO, Sherene was an Accounts Receivable Specialist at a private high school in San Francisco. She is an alumnus of San Francisco State University. In her spare time, Sherene makes really great crafts that she shares with her co- workers and she encourages her daughters to do the same…amazing!
Accounting Manager: Susan Salvador | 415.753.1113 x 203
Susan is responsible for the administration of the accounts payable, maintaining the general ledger and providing month end financial reports. Susan received her BS in Accounting from Golden Gate University. Susan’s previous experience includes managing Homeland Security Grants Accounting for Bay Area UASI. Outside of her work at GLO Susan spends time with her family, plays squash and loves to go shopping.
Program Specialist: Margarita Spataro | 415.753.1113 x 205
As a Program Specialist, Margarita supports the program team by overseeing marketing, grant reporting, program administration, Club GLO and several special projects at GLO. She can be found publishing the newsletter, updating information on our social media blogs, and the administration of the Full Day Program (Club GLO) and GLO Summer Adventures. With a background of working in after school program since 1999, Margarita uses her skills and experience to work closely with our Curriculum Specialist to enhance the program offerings at GLO. She has attended City College of San Francisco where she majored in Journalism and was extremely passionate about Peer Education. She also became a Licensed Cosmetologist at 19. Outside of GLO Margarita loves spending time her family, especially her two children.
Curriculum Specialist: Paul Garza | 415-753-1113 x 207
Paul Garza has been working with GLO since 2012, and has been a Curriculum Specialist since 2014. As Curriculum Specialist, Paul writes lessons used at all GLO sites, teaches our staff how to write good lesson plans, and ensures that all the classes taught here at GLO are fantastic. Paul has a degree in Biology from UC Davis, and hasa passion for Science Education that he puts into all of his work. When Paul isn’t teaching at GLO, he loves cooking for his friends and family, going on hikes all over the Bay Area, and reading lots of books. Paul can be found visiting all of our sites, if you see him, be sure to say hello.
Curriculum Specialist: Adreanne Rose | 415-753-1113 x 207
Adreanne provides support to our sites through planning activities for Group Time, Choices and Kid’s Clubs as well a creating specialized curriculum for GLO Academy and Majors. With ten years of work history under her belt her experiences has ranged from preschool/Montessori to high school special education. She is currently working towards her Site Supervisor Permit and degree in educational leadership with a minor in Spanish. In her spare time Adreanne enjoys nature walks with her chorkie pup. She still considers herself a big kid at heart and enjoys hula-hooping on Sundays with the SF Hoop Jammers or learning to soul skate at Golden Gate Park.

Michael Bongco graduated from U.C. Berkeley in 2012 with a B.A. in Music. Mike was just recently promoted to Curriculum Specialist and just completed his year as an Administrative Teacher for Alvarado. Mike has been working with children for about five years and prior to joining GLO he was a Program Manager for an after school program in Oakland. While in Oakland, Mike caught the spark to mentor youth. In the classroom, Mike incorporates creative art projects, multicultural learning and fun STEM activities to engage the minds of his students. Some of his hobbies include taking pictures, kickboxing, power lifting and collecting action figures.

As a new member to the GLO Team Kierra is excited to start her journey. She is looking forward to add value while continuing to grow with the organization. She graduated from Benicia High School and plans to continue her college education. She is the oldest of four children and have one brother and two sisters. She loves to spend time with her family and plays softball. Kierra is obsessed with clothing and enjoys going shopping. She has chosen to work for GLO because she believes that her many talents and experience can best be utilized in her position. She truly enjoys helping others to succeed. She naturally embraces a team spirit.
