Who needs MTV when you have creativity, your favorite song, and a video camera? Let’s get down and get funky! This week you will have the opportunity to choreograph, film, and edit your very own music video. Here you can also have a chance to listen to your favorite tunes, dance, and use modern equipment. At the end of the week you will have a wrap party to show off your video to friends and family!
Batter up! Fore! Slam Dunk! This week you will focus on fundamentals of sports popular around the world including but not limited to soccer, badminton, ping-pong, rugby and more! When exploring sports from different places not only do you get the chance to practice and play in the sports you will also learn all about how to score them and study their history. You will learn sportsmanship and teamwork when playing international sports so let’s play ball!
Share your ideas with the whole world! Learn the fundamentals of web page design, then create your web site and share it with the world, via the Internet. This will be a unique experience as you learn computer technology skills and basic HTML codes. Your web site will give you a chance to have a page of your very own in which you can write, add to, and share with your friends and family. Go ahead and express yourself!
What’s better than eating really good food? Cooking it! Organic cooking will take your culinary skills to a whole new level. You young chefs will learn about nutrition, meal planning, shopping, techniques, recipes and cultural foods. You will find that using the finest and freshest ingredients will be the best to nourish your body. The cherry on top will be a meal served to friends and parents at the end of the week.
Every four years the world gets to watch its greatest athletes compete in the Summer Olympics, but why should we have to wait that long? So let’s get into the spirit of competition and have our own GLO summer Olympics. This week the fourth, fifth, and sixth graders will get to compete for fun in a host of track and field events as well as team sports including basketball, badminton, soccer and baseball. Learn about some of the famous athletes, the sports that are played and how the Olympic games have changed from the first event in Athens to the present day. Go for the gold!

Then once you have discovered it you will learn ways to reduce your impact on the environment. After you will participate in fun projects that are globally responsible.
